Click Sign Up on the main page and enter your email. Once your registered email is entered, click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email and complete the required information. You will be able to select between a Game Pass or a Tournament Pass.
Not seeing a game start at the scheduled time?
The listed start time for games may vary!
Please note, that start times are going to be pushed back or moved up for most of the games this tournament (due to the back-to-backs, overtimes, etc.). We'll start every recording as the players enter the ice for warm up, and end the recording after the game when the players are finished shaking hands.
How do I watch from a mobile device?
You can put https://crestwood.gameonstream.com into your mobile browser.
What if I forgot my password?
On the main page, just click ‘Forgot My Password’ and we'll send you a link to re-set your Password.
How do I create Clips and Download Clips?
On the main page below the video player you will see tab for CREATE CLIPS.
Just click on the CREATE CLIPS tab, locate the point in the game you want to Start clip, select Start Clip then End Clip (clips are limited to :30). You can make clips from any view.
You can Review your clip, save your clip, add a name and details for the clips. Your clips will be located below each game (Clips Of This Game) and in your MY CLIPS file located in the main display. You can review your clips, delete your clips as well as download your clips. All downloads are subject to the Terms of Use.
How do I download Games?
Select the game you want to download and then select DOWNLOAD GAME, follow the prompts and download. All downloads are subject to the Terms of Use.
Please note, that if you download an entire game it will be from the main camera view.
How do I create Bookmarks?
While viewing an On Demand game, select the “BOOKMARKS” tab under the video player then click the “Create Bookmark” button to add a personal bookmark for that game.
How do I select camera views?
On the main page below the video player you will see Camera Views with camera icons. Just click on the view you want and the viewing angle will change
You can also select views on the vide player both in regular view and in full screen by selecting the camera icons on the video
Selecting Camera Views may only available when watching On-Demand games
